Certainly better than some of the ones created for Britain. In case anyone is interested, you can access an 'aeroplane' mode in Google earth, and fly around the satellite maps, to give you a better feeling for distances etc. I'll double check, but I think you need to press Ctrl+Shift+A to enable this mode. It was originally hidden as a sort of beta feature, though the latest version may have it directly accessible from the menu?
