In most Western countries, child labour can be avoided. In most developing countries (aka 80% of the world), it's harder. Legalizing it with the purpose of controlling it, solving problems and slowly deminishing it would be the first step to take I guess.</description>

					<description>It's a tough issue actually. I suppose in some areas of the world it's impossible to get rid of child labor for the time being. Therefore, I feel the international community should pressure countries to enforce strict policies protecting these children. If they're going to work, at least let them be safe from exploitation.

Tough to say what and how to do it exactly. Like I said, it's a tough issue and I prefer to let the experts deal with it.
